However, there are ways you can tweak your daily routine to really get the most out of your daily CBD dose.
Make sure you’re taking CBD properly...
This does sound a little obvious, but many people first starting out by simply poping a few drops into their mouths and swallowing – This most certainly is not the most effective way of getting CBD into your body. The drops must be placed under the tongue and kept there for ideally 60-90 seconds. Also ensure you need to understand the CBD dose that’s right for you – It’s not one size fits all. Experiment with timings
Most packaging recommends taking 3-4 drops under the tongue 3 x times per day; however, many people actually prefer 5-6 drops twice daily in the morning and in the night before going to bed, because this is more easily incorporated into your routine (i.e. after brushing your teeth etc.).
The morning dose of CBD can leave you feeling replenished, ready for the challenges of the day, whereas many people, particularly those with sleep problems, swear by a larger dose at night-time for a sound and restful sleep.
Pay attention to your schedule
Have a stressful meeting on the horizon, or anxious about venturing out to for a visit? Save one of your daily doses for 30 minutes before that event, many people attest to CBD for stage fright and confidence issues, a dose ahead of a stressful situation can really help.
Buy full spectrum products rather than CBD isolate
