We send all of our packages with a “track and trace” courier service, which allows you to track your own package online.

B2C Europe sends our packages through local couriers in your country (Hermes, La Poste, GLS, DPD etc.). After your package is shipped. You are able to track your order through a track and trace code. If you want to have more information on the status of your package. You can contact the local courier whom your package was sent with.

For orders under £23.00, we charge £3.00.

UPS: On Demand Delivery

UPS will notify you by e-mail and/or SMS about the status of your package. When this doesn't fit your schedule, you can customize your delivery via UPS On Demand Delivery and decide how, where and when the delivery takes place at the time and location that suits you best. For instance by sending, it to a service point or leave it at a neighbour’s house.

The prices for delivery can range from £10,50 to £13,50 depending on your location.
